I have apprised them twice,and both result was nonstandard.

Real product can get repair at Prada store.

先日購入した「Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker(Black)」に関して、商品説明と異なるものが届いたため至急交換をお願いします。

商品説明ページでは、新品、未開封、無傷とありましたが、実際には３つ全て開封済みでテープで止めなおしてありました。
さらにその内の1点は、商品自体の表面が半分程剥けてしまい、メーカー名が書いてある部分は読み取ることもできません。

交換が無理なら返金をお願いします。

I bought "Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker(Black)" the day before,but I receive the stuff which is different from the description.Please change it as soon as possible.

First of all,the description said they are brand new,unopened and no damaged,but actually all 3 of them were opened and have taped.
And also one of them have a damage on the surface and I can hardly read the brand name.

I get the heads from a tour caddy from time to time. I cannot get them all the time but I can get them here and there. Usually, the best way to see counterfeit heads are in the sound which is like a ping sound and the way in which they scratch easily after you hit them several times. The heads I send you show no wear as they should and sound solid as they should. Also, on the fake ones the serial number is bigger much bigger from what I have seen. Tell him they come from a tour caddie who buys them for me off the tour trucks he used to caddie for andy bean years ago. I can't say who he caddies for now but it is a very important golfer.

Then I found that EMS is not delivered to your town.

So I went to DHL office to find out if it is possible to deliver to your town.

Delivery is going to be on June 7th.

In the future,whenever I am going to ship something for you,i am using DHL.
