工場側に追加のご注文に対応が出来るかどうか、まだ最終的な結論が出ていないので、
今月末までお時間をいただきたく存じます。
来年の年間契約について、1月に何本製作・出荷が出来るのかについては、
上記の追加注文の工程との兼ね合いもあるので、それも同じく今月末までお待ち下さい。

また、追加注文及び来年度の年間契約については、原材料の高騰及び為替レートの変動により、
現行価格でお受けするのは難しい状況です。14%ほど値上げをお願いすることになるかと思います。
何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い致します。

Translation

We have not yet reached a final decision on whether the factory will be able to accommodate additional orders or not.
We would appreciate it if you could give us some time until the end of this month.
As for the annual contract for next year, we are not sure how many pieces we will be able to produce and ship in January.
The above mentioned additional order process will also be involved, so please wait until the end of this month as well.

Also, we are afraid that it is difficult to accept additional orders and annual contracts for the next year at the current price due to soaring raw material prices and fluctuating exchange rates.
We would like to request for a price increase of about 14%.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

説明が分かりにくく、具体性に欠けるため、お客様に分かりやすく説明できるイメージがわかなかった

目標達成にあたり、目標とのギャップが生まれた場合もマーケットの需要も原因もあると言っており
積極的に目標達成に動く姿勢が見えなかった。また、自身でPDCAを回して改善していく姿勢が不明瞭なので
当社のように自走して営業していくスタイルにはフィットしないだろう

また、中小企業向けの営業経験が浅いので即戦力としては捉えにくい

これまでの業務を通じて業務を効率化していきたいという意欲は感じる

Explanations were difficult to understand and lacked of details, so I can't imagine how to explain to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

In achieving targets, when there is a gap between goals and targets, there will be both market demand and causes for the gap.
There was no indication that the company was actively working to achieve their goals. In addition, the attitude to improve by implementing PDCA cycle by oneself was not clear.It would not fit to our company's style of self-driven sales and marketing.

In addition, it is difficult to view as an immediate asset because of the limited experience in sales from small and medium-sized businesses.

I sense a desire to improve operational efficiency through the work we have done so far.
