この度の納期遅延は弊社の生産管理、製造、営業とのコミュニケーション不足によるものです。
納期遅延のリカバリーをするべく、土日も工場を稼働させる予定です。
現状今週の土曜日に144本が完成する予定で、来週月曜に144本は運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
残りの100本については、2月28日に運送会社に引き渡せる見込みです。
輸送条件ですが、CIPもDAPも納期は変わらないかと思いますので、
大変恐縮ですが、当初の通りCIPで進めさせていただきたく存じます。

The delay of deliver this time was caused as a result of our production management, manufacturing and lack of communication with sales section.
To recover this delay, we are going to operate the factory on Saturday and Sunday
We are going to complete 144 pieces on Saturday this week under the current situation,
and deliver the 144 pieces to transportation company on Monday next week.
Regarding the transportation condition, as the delivery period of CIP and DAP is the same,
I hate to ask you, but we will proceed by the CIP as we planned in the beginning.
