私はボローニャブックフェアで声をかけていただいた、イラストレーターです。
その節はどうもありがとうございました。
「Baby coos」の最初の１,2pの絵を描きました。
どんなイラストを描くか検討したのですが、それ以前に文章の
「See the baby? What ‘s baby’s name? Say…」
のところで区切り、次のページで「baby!」というように、
文章の「Say…」の前でページを変えた方が絵本全体にリズムと変化が生まれ、楽しい絵本になると考えました。

I drew the first version of the 1st and 2nd pages of "Baby coos".
When I was considering what kind of illustration to draw, I thought that the previous attempt - where a break was inserted during the place where the text reads "See the baby? What's baby's name? Say..." on one page and "baby!" on the next page - was good. If we could change the page after the word "Say..." in the text, the whole rhythm of the picture book would change. I thought this would make for an interesting picture book.

今年も残り１日になりました！
今年は今までにない環境で、色んなことにトライし、色んな人に出会えた年でした。

B社で働いている時に何度も飛び込み営業をし、受注できませんでしたが、当時20代前半の私を可愛がってくれていた大将でした。

I am going back to my hometown.

Yesterday, I ate sushi with my wife at Shop A. It was the sushi shop that I loved the most in Japan. I also strongly believe that its taste is the best in Japan.
