I ran into trouble for this matter.
I wanted to engage the help of Ebay and contacted them
This buyer is from Australia.
He told me different things from the truth.
I think he might have violated EBay's policies.
First of all, as I have not received the products yet, it seems that the products have remained at the customs.
I tried to confirm the matter many times, but I could not directly contact the buyer, so I could not receive the goods.
For this matter, I cannot do anything on my end.

Sorry, I made some typo mistakes. Here's the revised version:

I ran into trouble for this matter.
I wanted to engage the help of ebay and hence, am writing to you now.
This buyer is from Australia.
He told me different things from the truth, and I think he might have violated eBay's policies too.
First of all, he said that he had not received the products yet but it seems that they are held by the customs.
I checked with the customs many times, but they informed me that since he did not make direct contact, he could not receive the goods.
For this matter, I cannot do anything on my end.

I am in trouble regarding this issue.
I would like eBay to help me, so I am now contacting you.
This buyer is an Australian buyer.
He is claiming what is not the fact, and I believe it is against the policy of eBay as well.
First, it seems that he could not receive the item. But this is due to the fact that the item is held at the customs.
I also confirmed the customs many times, but they told me that the buyer cannot receive the item unless he makes the contact directly.
I cannot do anything about this.

I am getting in trouble about this case.
I would like to send message for asking the help of the person in charge of eBay.
This buyer is in Australia.
The buyer complains the matter which doesn't happen actually.
I think his or her claim violates the eBay's policy.
Firstly, s/he seemed not to receive the product.
This is because the item is stopped by the customs.
I have confirmed so many times, but they say the buyer will be able to receive it after s/he will contact directly to them.
I can not do anything on my side about this part of the issue.

I informed a buyer about it, but he or she said that he or she had not received the message.
He or she says that the reason the item was stopped in Australia attributes to me,
but I sent it to address registered at Paypal.
If he or she checks the slip, he or she will understand it.
He or she says that information of the item is different from the one I have,
but our store has not listed the part.
He or she also requests refund including customs duties, but it is clearly against the policy of eBay.

If he or she returns the item to me, I will issue a refund.
However, as the situation is quite different from the fact, I am at a loss.

I let the buyer know about it as well, but he claims that he has not received any message about that.
He also claims that we are blamed for the fact that the item has been suspended in Australia, but we sent the item to the address registered in PayPal for sure.
Also he claims that the item is different from the item description, but we have never described anything regarding the part.

Also he is requesting us to issue a refund for the custom duties.
This is obviously against the policy of eBay.

If he returns the item to us, we will issue a refund, but we are embarrassed because he claims what is entirely different from the fact.

I told about that to the buyer but the buyer said he has not received any contacts.
He says the reason the item has been suspended in Australia is our fault but we sent it to Paypal's address.
It is obvious if I check the receipt.
Also he says the information about the product is different but we didn't mention about that.
In addition he ask the refund for tariff. This is clearly against ebay policy.

I will accept refund if he returns the product but his claim is too different from the fact so I confuse.
