お問い合わせいただいた件ですが、インボイスに記載された価格は、購入価額から、実際にかかる送料（正確には、インボイス作成時点で、送料として実際にかかると私が考えていた金額）を差し引いた金額となります。今回及び先回の購入価額には送料が含まれているわけですが、その購入価額にさらに送料が加算された金額が、関税算定の際の基準とならないようにという理由です。

Concerning the issue you asked, the price described in this invoice is the amount subtracted with the actual shipping charge (exactly, the charge when I made the invoice) from the purchase price. The purchase prices of this time and the last time include the shipping charges. The reason why I took this measure was for the custom charge standard not to include the price of the shipping charge in addition to the purchase charge.
