お問い合わせいただいた件ですが、インボイスに記載された価格は、購入価額から、実際にかかる送料（正確には、インボイス作成時点で、送料として実際にかかると私が考えていた金額）を差し引いた金額となります。今回及び先回の購入価額には送料が含まれているわけですが、その購入価額にさらに送料が加算された金額が、関税算定の際の基準とならないようにという理由です。
