declaring that the Bañez spouses are the lawful owners of the property in

question and the petitioners could not convey title to the Duque spouses who

were buyers in bad faith.

この裁判は、ケソン市　76支部での第一審の判決から、その後の上訴裁判の判決の移送令状を経由し、告訴されたものである。
第一審では配偶者のベネズが合法的にその土地の所有者であるとの判決がでました。

懐かしい味を今に伝える"菓子屋横丁"
今は数少なき駄菓子屋さんが並ぶ商店街"菓子屋横丁"が川越にはあります。
この菓子屋横丁ができたのは1796年、養寿院の門前町として栄えるこの町で鈴木藤左衛門が江戸っ子好みの気取らない菓子を製造したことが始まりでした。
そして、当時2〜3軒の駄菓子屋が暖簾分けによって店舗を増やし、関東大震災で被害を受けた東京に代わり駄菓子を製造供給するようになりました。
現在では20軒近くの駄菓子屋が、当時の面影を残しつつ菓子屋横丁を守っています。
