Mを呼ぶとすぐに現れ、私の目の前にくると、右手でお手のようなしぐさをしてあいさつをしてくれました。じっと私を見つめた後、首を右に傾けるしぐさをしました。同時に、頭頂（若干左寄り）が熱くなるような感覚を受け取りました。（Kによると、迷子直前Mには頭頂左にかさぶたがあったそうです。）

M appeared immediately when I called her, coming in front of me, and she greeted me with her right hand in the middle air in front of her. Staring at me, then she leaned her head to right side. At the same moment, I sensed at the top (slightly left side) of my head somehow hot. (according to K, M had a scab on the top-left side of her head just before she got lost.)

M is unfussy and easygoing. She likes to have nap. She's not that sensitive. I received a video in which she was sleeping comfortably beside a guy (suppose K's father?) who was watching TV on a sofa. She seems to rely on him so much. (K's father lives in other house.)

It's ambiguous. I feel I'm not understanding well.

それは私は母親がやろうとしてできていなかった事であった。

しかし、必要なケアをせずに、不安のある時はサプリメントを増やすという事をしてきて、うまくいかなかった。今後は、そういった悪循環を自分自身で止める事が出来る様になると思う。


Oタイプの見捨てられた感覚の強い、とてもケアを必要としているタイプのCtだと私は思う。
忍耐と共に私はCtの感じたくない感情により一緒にCtの感覚と共にいる事ができると思う。
私はクライアントの全体とより一緒にいる事ができると思う。

That was what my mother tried and couldn't.

But without doing necessary care, increasing the amount of supplement when I'm anxious didn't work. I think I would be able to stop such a bad cycle by myself from now on.

I feel myself that I'm Ct type which needs other's care so much with the strong sense of O-type, being abandoned. I think I can stay with the sense of Ct together with endurance.
I think I can stay together with whole cliants more.

しかし、このPプロセスを踏むことで、結果私の身体のケアを阻害する様な選択はしなくてよいと理解した。

理解できないと前に進めない傾向が強いとずっと思っていたが、私はNであり必要性は理解しているはずであった。私のセルフケアへの行動を止めてきたのはSであった事を全体像として理解した。

そして、この気づきは私の他のセルフケアの行動にも波及し、私の身体が要求するケアに私はより気づく事が出来る様になった。代替の行動として、サプリメントをとるという行動を継続してきた。

But I understood that, by doing this P process, I don't have to make a decision which would prevent my body care.

I've been thinking myself that I have strong tendency of not being able to proceed without understanding, but I'm N and I must have understood the necessity. I understood as a big picture, that what have being preventing my action for self-care was S.

And this awareness affects to my other selfcare actions, so I became to be able to notice about what my body requires. Instead I've kept consuming supplements.

私が私のSをより捉える事ができれば、より私のセルフケアについての行動を改善できると思う。そして、私のセルフケア改善の為に、Sや無意識の行動の仕組みを捉えづらいセラピストの所に通うのはやめると決めた。(この人からのサポートは私には向いてはいないという予感があるのだが)

そして、この事は似たような私の決断を支援しました。
この歯医者からは私の望む治療結果やサポートは得られないという感覚があり、新たな歯医者に変えた。でも、それからもそれでよかったのかどうかと迷っていた。

I think I can make my action toward my self-care much better if I could grasp my S more. So, for the sake of my better selfcare, I decided to quit going to the therapist who has difficulty in grasping S or struction of unconscious action. (since I presage that his support might not for me)

And this fact encouraged me to have a similar decision.
I felt I wouldn't get the support or the result I want from this dentist and I changed to other dentist. But I've been wondering if it was a good decision.

最近、HCをしてもらう状態では、自分は助けてもらっているという事を感じることができる事に気がついた。そして、それは自分が求めていた事なのだと気がついた。

しかし、人からいつも私にHCでサポートしてもらう事は考えづらい。私自身がセルフケアしづらい行動を改善する度に誰かにより沿ってもらうのも無理だろうと思う。床に眠る、身体によい食事を作ろうとすると鍋を焦がしてしまうというのは一年生の時から始まり、そして続いている。セラピストと共に取り組んできたが、改善の兆しなく経過してきた。

Recently I realized that I can feel that I'm supported when I'm in the condition of receiving HC. And I realized that's what I've wanted.

But it's difficult to suppose to be helped with HC from others. It also sounds impossible to ask someone to be with me everytime I need to reset my life-action which is difficult to care by myself. Things like sleeping on the floor or getting the pan burned whenever I try to cook healty food has started from the first grade, and still. I've been trying with a therapist but time has passed without any signs of remedy.

人から直接助けてもらったと感じる事は少ないし、予測外の助けられ方では拒絶に入る。
なぜならば、１人で乗り切らなければならなかった体験が、私のLを大きく育ててしまったので。また、人から直接助けを得ると私のSEが禁止を叫び、様々なIが呼び起される。


私は、HCを用いたセッションをするのが好きで、スクール入学以前から使用していた。
そこに私の喜びがあるが、なぜ起こっていてどうCtの助けになっているのかが私には全くわからなかった。そして私は、それをする度に混乱した。

I rarely feel being directly helped by others, and I'd reject if someone tries to help me in unexpected way. Because my L has grown huge from the experience that I had to overcome all by myself. Also my SE shouts prohibition when I get a direct help from others, then several I would be called up.

I like to do session using HC, so I've been using it even before entering the school.
There I find my joy but I didn't get why it happens and how it helps Ct. So I confused everytime I do it.

私の苦しさを理解してくれているかどうかが重要で、理解してもらえないという事は助けてもらえないというビリーフを強く持っている。

私は何かのトレーニングをしていても、理解してもらっていないと感じる時には相手を否定し最後には人間不信になり、コミュニティから抜けるという事を繰り返している。頭では理解してもらえない事もあるとわかるのだが、自分と同じ様なをした事がないというSが始まり、最後はあきらめで終わるパターンであった。

The important thing is whether my suffer is understood or not. And I have a strong belief: not being understood means not to be helped.

When I feel not to be understood, I deny the person, eventually I cannot trust people and I quit from the comunity. I repeat this cycle when I'm in some training. I understand in my mind that sometimes people wouldn't understand me, but then S starts which says that they haven't experienced what I have, so eventually I give up.

私は通常床で眠るのが癖になっているが、ベッドで快適に眠る為に何が嫌なのかを探り続ける事ができている。その為、私は一度床で眠ってしまっても、起きてベッドで寝る事ができるようになった。Dの助けではなく、自分の意思で選択しているのを感じる。Dが助けの手を差し伸べてくれる時も、私は拒絶ではない行動を選ぶ事が出来る様になってきた。
それは、なぜ苦手なのかという話をして理解してもらったという前提が、私のSを抑えて拒絶する行動を抑えていると思う。

Normally I sleep on the floor, but I'm able to keep searching for the reason why I can't stand sleeping in a bed comfortably. So I improved to be able to move to a bed even after I slept on the floor. I feel I choose this action by my will, not by the support of D. I'm becoming to be able to choose an action other than rejection even when D provides its support.
I think the fact that I told why I can't and was understood chokes down the rejection, against my S.

There was a ball game event in the end of the first semester. Boys played soccer and girls played volleyball. It was a rainy day but the event was held. There was a cultural festival just after I entered the school. It was very busy working at the booth of science research club. Each class of first grade made each portable shrine, and decided the orders by the visitors' voting. My class's one was chosen for the first prize with big gap from the second. I was so happy. There was also an event called My Plateware Campaign, and again our class became the top. A CODE is written in the thirt but is totally different from the pictures. The sample of a jacket has attatched picture but the collar shape is different. after dispensing a small dome of gel on the sensor tip as shown in the instructions
blot the tip on a piece of tissue paper by touching the tip to the tissue while holding the sensor in a vertical position to the paper.

do not use a dome of gel or an amount of gel that causes excess gel to appear along the edge of the sensor tip while testing.

if there is not sufficient gel to test the instrument will read "try again",but will not give an erroneous reading.

説明書に示されているようにセンサーの端に小粒大のゲルを配置しましたら、ティッシュペーパー一片をセンサーの端に垂直に当て、しみこませてください。
