私は通常床で眠るのが癖になっているが、ベッドで快適に眠る為に何が嫌なのかを探り続ける事ができている。その為、私は一度床で眠ってしまっても、起きてベッドで寝る事ができるようになった。Dの助けではなく、自分の意思で選択しているのを感じる。Dが助けの手を差し伸べてくれる時も、私は拒絶ではない行動を選ぶ事が出来る様になってきた。
それは、なぜ苦手なのかという話をして理解してもらったという前提が、私のSを抑えて拒絶する行動を抑えていると思う。

Translation / English

Normally I sleep on the floor, but I'm able to keep searching for the reason why I can't stand sleeping in a bed comfortably. So I improved to be able to move to a bed even after I slept on the floor. I feel I choose this action by my will, not by the support of D. I'm becoming to be able to choose an action other than rejection even when D provides its support.
I think the fact that I told why I can't and was understood chokes down the rejection, against my S.
