配送について相談があります。
いつもフエデツクスで配送していますが、最近はコロナの影響で日本への到着が大変遅くなっています。
発送から到着まで3週間ほどかかります。
別メーカーですが、隣国からUPSで配送した場合1週間~10日で到着します。UPSでの配送は可能ですか?
DHL・TNTも遅延していますが、フェデックスは特に遅延がひどいです。
先日あなたが発送した荷物は、8日間フランスの空港で待機の上、まだベルギーで積込の待機中です。ぜひUPSの導入をご検討ください。よろしくお願いします。

I would like to discuss the delivery with you.
I always ask you to use FedEx, but recently, due to COVID-19, it the delivery to Japan is reeally late.
It takes about 3 weeks from shipment to the completion of delivery.
This is about other manufacturer, but if they send from neighbouring country by UPS, it is delivered in 7 to 10 days. Can you use UPS?
DHL and TNT is suffering from delivery delay, but FedEx is much worse.
The package you shipped the other day was suspended for 8 days at an pirport in French and is still in Belgiumm waiting for loading.
I would be happy if you can consider to use UPS at any rate. Thank you very much.

添付した画像のような、取り付け金具は、初めて見る形状だった為、販売するのを躊躇しています。
これは、通常に販売しても問題無い商品でしょうか？

This is an optional module and is only used if your vinyl requires neutralizing (if it’s too orange, yellow, pink or gray). You can use your colour wheel or the simplified neutralizing chart included below. No neutralizing was required for “Tavi” Winters. Demo baby is “Seraphina” by Elisa Marx. Her vinyl was very orange/yellow. A neutralizing pale purple wash is prepared and applied. You can use this same technique for any neutralizing wash. Instructions for other vinyl shades are provided on the chart included, simply substitute those paint colours and apply as instructed.

ダンボールを開けた時点で、ガラスが割れていました。ダンボール外装に大きな損傷はなかったので、輸送中の衝撃で破損したものと思います。額も含め商品と考えていたので、一部返金を希望しております。

When I opened the cardboard box, the glass was already broken. Since there was no big damage outside of the cardboard box, I think the glass was broken due to the shock during the transportation. As I assumed the frame is also a part of the item, I would like you to issue a partial refund.

About This Module

This is an optional step and can be skipped if your vinyl sculpt is already a beautiful base colour. “Tavi” is a very pale, almost white vinyl and must be warmed first.

USPSから受取人様に受け取っていないかどうかという調査を実施しました。
受取人様から受け取っていないもしくは回答なしの回答を元に亡失ではなくそう跡不明という結果で損害賠償の指示が出ました。ただ、現状のUSの状況ですと、船便なので今後届く可能性も多々あります。
受け取られてしまうと損害賠償後にtokuに返金してもらうようにと指示がくる可能性がありますので、
損害賠償される場合は受取人様に受け取られないようにお願いします。ひとまずは、時間はかかりましたが、損害賠償は可能になりました。

I conducted a survey from UPS if the receiver had received the package or not.
Based on the fact that the receiver had not received it and that there was no response, the conclusion is not missing but unknown. Then, there was an instruction for damage compensation. However, based on the current status of US, it still will arive in the future because it is sea freight.
Once the receiver gets the package, there could be an instruction that toku should make a refund after damage compensation. So, if you are going to claim for damage compensation, please make sure that the receiver would not receive the package. Now, it took some long time, but it is possible to claim for damage compensation.
