送っていただいた9つのプレーヤーのうち2台がDVD、ブルーレイの両方ともリージョンフリーになっていませんでした。また、その2台にはHDMIケーブルも入っていませんでした。
本来であれば、そちらに送り返して交換して欲しいのですが、現在コロナウイルスの影響でそちらへの送料が高いために送り返せません。
もしよろしければ追加で2台を割引購入させていただけないでしょうか。

1 out of the 2 players that you sent me is a DVD player, and the other is blu-ray. Neither are region free and neither support HDMI cable.
In a perfect world I would like to send them back and exchange them, but with the current high cost of postage due to the corona virus, this isn't an option.
Would it be possible to purchase another 2 at a discounted price?

Among 9 players you sent to me, both DVD and Blu-ray are not region free for 2 players.
Also, HDMI cable are not included in the two.
I would like to return the two to you to exchange in principle, but currently the shipping fee is expensive due to COVID-19. So, I cannot return them to you.
Can you please additionally discount those two instead?

Two of nine players which you had sent to me were not region free in DVD and Blue-lay. These two players also didn't have HDMI cable.
