The products from my previous order arrived last Friday.
One of the A arrived broken due to transportation accident.
It seems as though the impact of the hit was really hard as part of A is deformed.
It cannot be sold in this state.

I have already reported this to FedEx the moment the product arrived.
I am sure that FedEx will be in contact with you soon as well.
I will let you know if any progress to this situation.

I would like you to send me the same product in exchange for the damaged one, the next time I make an order.


This order was not registered as 70% off discount due to system failure.
It had reflected the discount until the PayPal payment page,
but it was not reflected in the order completion page.

Amazon saids the reasoning behind a full payment refund to the buyer is because there is no proof of delivery. I am currently demanding a certification of the delivery to USPS and the Japan Post. I should be able to send this over to you in a few days.
This certification will have the recipient's signature, so this would be solid evidence.

However I have contacted Amazon with the information above and they have told me something different again. They said that they made refunds because delay in delivery goes against their policies. But again, another department within Amazon had replied that this actually does NOT go against their policy. [Case 201941761]

We can send you one that has been returned after being damaged during customs check, at the price of £♢. Please see how big the damage is from the attached photo. You can see how big the scratch is when seen up close, but from afar it is not so noticeable.

It is true that £♢ is too expensive for a cushion. We apologize we cannot be of much help.
If the item is resold we can probably purchase it for a cheap price so we will make sure to keep you updated.
