私達は日本の法人です。amazonに出品している商品ページ画像のとおり、私達が販売している商品は日本のA社で製造された商品です。
当然ですが、日本の正規代理店より仕入れて販売しております。私達は日本でもA社の商品を販売しております。私達の会社の所在地はamazonに記載のとおりです。
正規の請求書を送ることは可能ですが、私は念の為、amazonのセラーサポートに本件について、相談をしたところ下記の対応を提案されました。

We are a Japanese company. As per shown on the product page image listed on Amazon, items we sell are of those manufactured by A in Japan.
As a matter of fact, it is purchased from the authentic agency in Japan. We also sell A's products in Japan as well. The location of our company office is stated on Amazon.
It is possible to send you the authentic invoice, however, just in case, the following action was proposed to take as I consulted about this matter to Amazon Seller Support.

We are corporate in Japan. As for the shown image of items listed in Amazon, we only sell items produced by A company in Japan.
We of course purchase items from the sole agent in Japan and sell them. We also have a sales of items by A company in Japan. Our location should be referred to Amazon.
It is possible to send an official invoice, but we were proposed by the seller support Amazon as we consulted the matter just in case.

In this case, the message is an attachment, which is consistent with the characteristics of spammers, so you should not send sensitive information such as an invoice in your first reply.
First of all, please make sure that Company B has a proper reply to our message to confirm that it is the right company. Spammers have a characteristic of not replying to messages or giving canned replies.
In this matter, the message is in the attached file, which is in accordance with the characteristics of spam companies. So it is suggested not to send confidential information such as an invoice in the first reply.
First off, please confirm if you would receive an appropriate response to your message in order to confirm that B is a legitimate company. Spam companies tend to not responding to messages or responding but with formatted sentenses.
This message itself is an attached file and the type is matched to the spam trader. For this reason, you’d better not send confidential information such as the invoice at the initial reply of the email.
First, to confirm whether the B company is a real one or not, would you check that you send an email and get an appropriate reply. Spam dealer tends to never reply to any message. Also, those might use a message using a template.

日本のA社で製造された商品をamazon.comで販売することは規約に違反していないため、日本のA社と正規代理店にも本件の確認をした方がよい。
amazonは販売者の味方ですの。本件の対応についてはあなただけで判断をせず、随時相談をして進めて下さい。
To sell though Amazon.com with items made by Japan A firm is not touches the rule, you had better reassure with Japanese A firm and authentic subsidiary about this case.
As Amazon is on the side of sellers, please proceed consulting any time needed without solely thinking by yourself about this kind of case.
Since it is not against the terms and conditions to sell products manufactured by Company A in Japan on amazon.com, you should also check this matter with Company A in Japan and their authorized distributors.
Amazon is on the seller's side. Please do not make a decision on how to handle this matter on your own, but consult with them as needed.
Selling items manufactured by A in Japan is not violating the terms, so you might as well confirming with A in Japan and its authentic agency.
Amazon take sides of Sellers. Make sure to proceed while consulting with them accordingly without making your own decision on how to handle this case.
To sell the product of A through Amazon.com is not a violation of the rule, and you’d better confirm it to the sole agent as well as A company in Japan.
Amazon supports sellers, so please don’t judge the matter only by yourself and proceed with it under consultation.
