単に気分が鬱状態で、それに加えて父親のDVで心ががっつり疲弊しきっているだけです。
１３日の月曜にDV被害者支援機関の方々と面談する事になりました。
救援施設へ入るにしても、市役所で担当者さんと顔を合わせて事情を話すという事が決まりなんだそうです。
過去に公的機関には４回DV相談に行きました。
