「龍神」は「日本のラーメン」「日本以上のラーメン」をコンセプトに、安心・安全な食材のみ利用する為、日本から取り寄せた昆布、鰹節、うるめ、あごなどを中心に毎朝とる出汁にこだわって醤油、塩のタレを自家製で作っております。味噌も10種類以上を吟味し調合しております。
豚骨、白湯、清湯を丁寧にゆっくりと仕込むことで濃厚でスッキリな龍神ラーメン、つけ麺などを提供しております。
また、清潔感な店内雰囲気ではテーブル席もご用意しており、女性でも入りやすい店を心掛けております。
Our offerings include Ryujin Ramen with thick but fresh taste made by slowly cooking pork bone, white soup and clear soup, tsukemen and so on. Inside our restaurant with clean atmosphere, table seats are also available to be female-customer friendly.
Our menu “Ryu-Shin noodle” tastes refreshing but deep by using slow cooked soup, that we extract taste from pig bones and plain hot water.
In our restaurant, we provide eat in tables that is kept clean all the time. We would like everyone to enjoy our noodles.

ホーチミンの他店舗にはない”人が入れるワインセラー”を用意しており、自分で好きなワインを選ぶスタイルです。
料理は自家製にこだわり、4日かけてつくるデミグラスソースや自家製パンやピザ、自家製ケチャップなど細部わたって既製品を使わず、自家製にこだわってお客様に提供しております。
We prepare a wine cellar where people can enter that is not set in other restaurants in Ho Chi Minh, and you can select your favorite wine.
As for food, we prepare by ourselves. We make Demiglace sauce by taking four days. We also make bread, pizza and ketchup by ourselves. We do not use the ingredients made outside of our restaurant.
We put emphasis on making by ourselves, and provide it to customers.
In Ho Chi Minh's branch, we have wine cellar, which cannot be found in other stores. Customers can choose wine to their own liking.
Our food are homemade, we take 4 days to prepare our demi-glace sauce, homemade bread, pizza, homemade ketchup, without using off-the-shelf products, we believe in providing customers with homemade goods.
