「龍神」は「日本のラーメン」「日本以上のラーメン」をコンセプトに、安心・安全な食材のみ利用する為、日本から取り寄せた昆布、鰹節、うるめ、あごなどを中心に毎朝とる出汁にこだわって醤油、塩のタレを自家製で作っております。味噌も10種類以上を吟味し調合しております。
豚骨、白湯、清湯を丁寧にゆっくりと仕込むことで濃厚でスッキリな龍神ラーメン、つけ麺などを提供しております。
また、清潔感な店内雰囲気ではテーブル席もご用意しており、女性でも入りやすい店を心掛けております。

With a concept of "Japanese ramen" and "offering more Japanese-like ramen ever", we "Ryujin" use the kelp, bonito, round herring, flying fish as the key ingredients imported from Japan to make our own fresh broth every morning in order to offer the selected housemade soy sauce and salty sauce. The miso we offer is also made with over ten different types of miso.
Our offerings include Ryujin Ramen with thick but fresh taste made by slowly cooking pork bone, white soup and clear soup, tsukemen and so on. Inside our restaurant with clean atmosphere, table seats are also available to be female-customer friendly.
