In the evening, we prepare the snack fully.We are going to run a ramen(Chinese noodle) shop where you can drop in and enjoy the ramen, snack and sake (alcohol) we prepared on the way back home after leaving office.

"Wakaba" is going to make a restaurant where you can feel Japan based on the concept of "Japanese food" and "Japanese food more than Japan".
Inside the restaurant is always clean. At the counter seat on the first floor, we put emphasis on the Japanese food where you can see how a cook cooks in person.
We pay attention to food material by using the food selected strictly and sent from Japan. We handle our customers by Japanese hospitality.
