I sent the items surely. I have receipt of them so I will send their photo.
However, the items were not so expensive and I used a delivery method without tracking numbers unfortunately. Therefore I couldn't provide tracking numbers.
Honestly, I didn't expect these situations that items didn't arrive or delivery delayed so often. I am sorry for that and planning to use a delivery method with tracking number from next shipping.

理由はおそらく連結しているpaypalのアカウント(A)をもう一つのもの(B)に変更したためなのでしょうが、返金したくてもできないので私も困っていました。

Regarding the opened case, I tried to refund but an error happened and I couldn't get the money.
Maybe the reason is because the contacting Paypal account (A) was changed to another one (B), but I'm in trouble now since I want to refund but unable to do so.
