まず一つにはcaseをいくつもopenされていることが理由と思いますが、ほとんどのcaseは１人のバイヤー（X）によるものであることを確認してください。
他のバイヤーは商品の配送が遅かったためにcaseをopenしたようですが、無事に届いたためcaseをクローズして頂いています。

First, I think it a reason that a few opened cases against us, but please confirm that most cases were opened by a buyer (X).
One apparently opened a case because of the slow delivery of the produ as to another buyer, but he kindly closed the case because it arrived safely.
