私の近況報告でメールしました。私は今就職活動をしています。40歳からの再就職はかなり難しくもありますが、ありがたいことに2社のディストリビューターから、設立予定の新営業所の所長候補として声をかけて頂いており、うち一社は明日11日に面談をしてきます。
また結果報告はいたしますが、私としては入社は断りたい気持ちでいっぱいです。
その後、新製品の臨床使用結果はいかがでしたか？
日本での販売計画は進められそうですか？

Just mailing with regards to my present situation. I am currently looking for a job. Job hunting again after age 40 is quite difficult, something I am grateful for is that 2 distributor companies have given me a call as the chief candidate in the establishment of new business, and I have an interview with one of them tomorrow (11th).
I'll report the results later, but for me, there are many reasons to want to turn down entering into a company.
Also, how were the results of the medical use of the new product?
Does it seem like we can proceed with sales in Japan?
Please tell me about the current situation.

I email to tell what is going on around me. I am acting seeking for a job. Though it is quite hard to have a new job after 40 years old, fortunately I have offers from two distributer companies. They want to me the head of a new office to be build. To one of them, I will visit to meet tomorrow 11 April.
I will let you know the result. As for me, I would like to refuse to enter the company.
