私の近況報告でメールしました。私は今就職活動をしています。40歳からの再就職はかなり難しくもありますが、ありがたいことに2社のディストリビューターから、設立予定の新営業所の所長候補として声をかけて頂いており、うち一社は明日11日に面談をしてきます。
また結果報告はいたしますが、私としては入社は断りたい気持ちでいっぱいです。
その後、新製品の臨床使用結果はいかがでしたか？
日本での販売計画は進められそうですか？
また近況を教えてください。

I am sending this mail to report my recent status to you. I am now trying to find employment. It is quite difficult to get re-employment after the age of 40, but fortunately i received the invitation from the distributors of two companies as the director of a new sales branch office which will be launch soon, and I will have an interview of one of the two companies tomorrow, on the 11th.
I will let you know the result later, but I would like to refuse to join the company very much.
After that, what was the result of the clinical use of the new product?
Does it seem to be able to go through the sales plan in Japan?
