Would it be a problem to accept a fee less than the price listed on the reservation system from a user for us on behalf of XX hotel?

*The reservation system itself gives agencies a discount, and there are precedents of a discount off from the retail price in the past.

Is it all right that I receive the amount that is smaller than the one listed at reservation system from the user and make a reservation for hotel of XX instead of the user?

また、XX-数%をサイト内で常に表示してユーザーを募るようなことをするつもりはなく（=XXの最低価格規定を侵害するつもりはなく）、ホテル予約を相談してくれたユーザーに対して、割引の値段を提示しようと考えています。

At point media, if reservation is made for XX via its own website, points equivalent to several percent by cash is returned user (it is actually a discount).
There are many cases where amount of hotel and air plane is discounted from regular price in travel agency.
We do not intend to attract users by showing several percentage for XX on website all the time (=do not intend to violate regulation of minimum price of XX). We are considering providing a discounted price to users who consult about reservation of the hotel.

- Pointmedia also reimburses user points equivalent to a few % worth of cash value (the actual discount) in an event of XX reservation via our website.
- There are many cases where travel agency sell hotel and flight fees discounted from the normal prices.
Also, we are not intending to constantly displaying the few % discount of XX hotel reservation for user acquisition (which is to violate XX's lowest price regulation), but providing a discounted price for users who have consulted with us for the hotel reservation.
