予約システムに掲載してある価格を下回った代金をユーザーから受け取り、XXのホテルを代理で予約しても問題ないでしょうか。

・予約システム自体も代理店割引をしており、正規の値段より割引く前例がある

Is it all right that I receive the amount that is smaller than the one listed at reservation system from the user and make a reservation for hotel of XX instead of the user?
I assume that it is not a problem, but I am confirming it for reference.

Reason why it is not a problem
I have checked terms of use of your company, but nothing was listed about it.
At the reservation system, an agency discounts the amount, and there is a case in the past where it is discounted from regular price.
Sales price is not based on purchase price by law (in case where discount is made at a level that it is not low price illegally).
