今朝、トムからのメールを受け取った時点で、私は、直ちに、11/8、午前９時からの会議の予定について、ＮＥＣに確認をしています。現在、その回答を待っています。
なお、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏から、トムと11/8の午前にお会いしたいということは、以前から聞いていました。しかし、その後、その同じ時間帯に山田氏は別の重要な会議ができたので、その調整を図るため、11/8日のトムの詳しい予定を教えてほしいと要望して来たのだと思います。
何れにしろ、会議の時間と参加者が分かり次第、ご報告します。

Right after receiving the email from Tom this morning, I emailed to NEC to confirm the meeting schedule at 9:00 a.m. on 11/8. I'm waiting for a reply from them.
Mr. Yamada of NEC originally wanted to meet with Tom in the morning of 11/8. However, he later had an important meeting that he cannot miss, so I assume he asked about Tom's availability on that day to rearrange it.
Anyway, I'll let you know the details once the time and attendees are confirmed from them.

At the point when I received the mail from Tom, I confirmed the schedule of the meeting starting at 9am on November 8th with NEC. Currently I am waiting for their response.
And, I had heard that Mr. Yamada in NEC had wanted to meet Tom in the morning on November 8th since before. But, after that Mr. Yamada had to make another appointment for an important meeting in the same time slot, so I think Mt, Yamada requested to inform Tom's detailed schedule on November 8th.
In either way, I will report to you once I know the time of the meeting and the attendees.

When I received an email from Tom this morning, I confirmed with NEC about the conference that is held from 9 o'clock in the morning on November 8th immediately.
I had heard from Mr. Yamada in NEC that he wanted to see Tom on November 8th before.
But as Mr. Yamada had to attend an important conference at the same hour, he must have requested to know Tom's schedule of November 8th in detail.

As soon as I received the e-mail from Tom this morning , I contacted NEC to confirm their schedule for the meeting scheduled for November 8th, from 9:00 a.m. I am currently waiting for their reply.
I have heard from Yamada-san from NEC that he wants to meet Tom in the morning on November 8th, but unfortunately has another important meeting to attend to and in order to arrange the time to meet Tom, he had asked for his schedule in detailed, is what I assume.
