今朝、トムからのメールを受け取った時点で、私は、直ちに、11/8、午前９時からの会議の予定について、ＮＥＣに確認をしています。現在、その回答を待っています。

なお、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏から、トムと11/8の午前にお会いしたいということは、以前から聞いていました。しかし、その後、その同じ時間帯に山田氏は別の重要な会議ができたので、その調整を図るため、11/8日のトムの詳しい予定を教えてほしいと要望して来たのだと思います。

何れにしろ、会議の時間と参加者が分かり次第、ご報告します。

When I got the mail from Tom this morning, I tried to confirm the schedule about the meeting from 9am on November 8 with NEC. And I am waiting a reply currently.

I have heard that Mr. Yamada of NEC wants to meet Tom in the morning on November 8. However, Mr. Yamada has set the other important meeting in the same time after that, so I think Mr. Yamada want to know Tom's schedule in detail to arrange his schedule.

Anyway, I will lat you know once I got the information about the time schedule of the meeting and the participants.
