今朝、トムからのメールを受け取った時点で、私は、直ちに、11/8、午前９時からの会議の予定について、ＮＥＣに確認をしています。現在、その回答を待っています。

なお、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏から、トムと11/8の午前にお会いしたいということは、以前から聞いていました。しかし、その後、その同じ時間帯に山田氏は別の重要な会議ができたので、その調整を図るため、11/8日のトムの詳しい予定を教えてほしいと要望して来たのだと思います。

何れにしろ、会議の時間と参加者が分かり次第、ご報告します。

When I received an email from Tom this morning, I confirmed with NEC about the conference that is held from 9 o'clock in the morning on November 8th immediately.

I had heard from Mr. Yamada in NEC that he wanted to see Tom on November 8th before.
But as Mr. Yamada had to attend an important conference at the same hour, he must have requested to know Tom's schedule of November 8th in detail.
