2.正規品か偽物かについてですが、これは間違いなく偽物ではなく正規品です。それ故、ebayで販売を行う上で、正規品ではないという理由で返金を行うことはできません。
正規品であることの証明として、仕入先は日本で50年の実績をもつ仕入先であり、Fenderからの認定を受けています。私はそこで仕入れた領収書をebayに提出できます。もしくはお時間を頂くかもしれませんが、仕入先がFenderの認定を受けていること、そこで仕入れたことを何らかの証明書等をあなたに提示します。

As a prove that it is genuine, my dealer has been selling for 50 years in Japan and approved by Fender too. I can submit the receipt to prove that I bought it from them. Or it might take some time, I can prove you that the dealer is approved by Fender and the fact that I bought from it.

As for whether it is genuine or fake, this is surely genuine, not fake. As for the reason, in conducting the sale on eBay, we cannot refund just because it is not genuine.
For the proof of this genuineness, the supplier is one that have 50 years of experience in Japan and has been certified by Fender. I can submit the receipt of where I purchased it to eBay. Or, though it may take time, I will submit you some sort of certificate, etc that the suppler has been certified it by Fender and I purchased it there.

3, Regarding to the picture you provided, I think you think that this guitar is not genuine holding the bridge part and the case.
However, as I said in the 2 and 4 in this message, this item is certainly genuine and I checked the dealer that it has no problem at all.
Also the item description box tells you that you can't return.
But if you are not happy with the guitar condition,I would like to consider to change to another one.

3. As for the picture I received from you, I think that you are considering that the guitar in not genuine just in the part of the bridge and the case. However, as I am talking in the 2. and 4. in this message, this item is surely genuine and I have confirmed at the suppler that this guitar is truly genuine. Also, I have described that it cannot be returned in the sales page of the product.
However, I you are not convinced on the state of this guitar, I will consider in the form to say that exchange.

また、仕入先に先ほど確認しましたが、お送りしたケースがFender社のこの商品の正規の付属ケースで間違いありません。必要があればFender社にも私は確認を取ることができます。Fender USAかFender Japanか、また価格帯などにより付属のケースは異なると思いますが、このギターには「Fender Deluxe gigbag」は付属しません。

また、normal priceというのが何を示すのかわかりませんが、私は正規品を信頼できるところから仕入れ、ebayやpaypalの手数料、海外発送を行うための梱包等にかかる経費を考慮し、ebayで販売活動をする上で必要な価格をつけています。繰り返しますが、これは正規品で間違いありません。

I don't know what "normal price" imply but I buy things from where I can trust and considering fees on ebay and Paypal to ship to overseas I set the price to do selling on ebay.

and set a price that is necessary for sales at eBay by considering the fee of the eBay and Paypal as well as expense required for packing the item for sending abroad. I repeatedly say that this is a regular item.
