In the past we have had a good track record in providing programs focused on team building, leadership and management for enterprise organizations and health clubs, have received high evaluation marks from human resources managers and general affairs managers, and have had many inquiries. Within recent years experience-based employee training conducted in nature has been getting accepted by companies. On the whole, we are convinced that a “corporate training” program utilizing abundant natural resources in Yamanashi Prefecture as much as possible is very effective as a new “tourism promotion” with aspects of educational activity and mass tourism.
