ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURES
Investor intending to invest in Cambodia securities market shall obtain an Investor ID from SECC. Investor can apply for Investor ID through PPS (without service charge) or visit SECC to to apply for themselves. After obtaining Investor ID, PPS will be able to issue the trading account for the investor.
An investor can open only one trading account at one securities firm.

口座開設の手順
カンボジア証券市場に投資しようとしている投資家はSECCから投資家IDを取得する必要があります。投資家はPPSを通して（手数料なし）、あるいはSECCを訪ねて自分で申請して、投資家IDを申請することが出来ます。投資家IDを得た後、PPSは投資家に取引口座を発行することが出来ます。投資家は証券会社一社につき、1人が１つの取引口座しか持つことができません。

口座開設の手続き
カンボジア証券市場に投資しようとする投資家は、SECCから投資家IDを取得しなければなりません。投資家は、PPSを通じて投資家IDの申請（サービス料不要）、または自分自身がSECCを訪問して申請することができます。投資家IDを取得した後、PPSは投資家の取引口座を発行することができるようになります。投資家は1つの証券会社に1つの取引口座だけを開くことができます。

-Investor ID validates 3 years or less depending on the validation of the National ID card, Passport or Related Company’s Documents.
-Please visit or contact Phnom Penh Securities Plc for Trading Account Opening and receive the related securities market documents for free and seek for further information.
-Or you can mail the required documents through post office to our company. You can find the account opening form and its guideline in PPS website.
Duration of Obtaining Investor ID and PPS Investor Card
The process normally takes 5 working days. After receiving the Investor ID and Opening trading account, PPS will issue a card with the detail information for fund deposit and withdrawal.

投資家IDとPPS投資家カード取得までの期間
手続きには通常５営業日が必要です。投資家IDを受け取り、取引口座を開設されたら、PPSは資金の預金と引出の詳細な情報と共にカードを発行します。
・取引口座開設のために、プノンペン証券を訪問するか連絡して、関連する証券市場の無料の文書を受け取り、詳細をご確認ください。
・または、我が社に必要書類を郵送することができます。

投資家IDとPPSの投資家カードの取得期間
処理に通常5営業日かかります。
投資家IDを取得し、取引口座を開設した後、PPSはファンドの入出金の詳細情報と一体のカードを発行します。
Any expenses relating to SENDING AND RECEIVING (both documents and money transfer) must be PAID BY SENDER INADVANCE.The company needs at least the amount specified above to process investor’sID application. You HAVE option to send any currency mentioned in the table. For some currency, amount of processing fees are made for your convenience to send them us.
Placing Orders (buy-sell securities)
Your Buy/Sell Order can only be keyed in to the CSX system when:
-Sell Order: Investor shall have enough securities (100%) in securities account.
-Buy Order: Investor shall have enough money (100%) for the transaction.
Canceling or correcting order can be made in anysession before execution.
Execution and Informing
発注（証券の売買）
お客様の売買注文は次のような時にのみCSXシステムに入力されます。
-販売注文：投資家の取引口座に十分な証券(100%) がある時。
-購入注文：投資家に取引のために十分な資金(100%) がある時。
注文のキャンセル、訂正は実行前のどの期間でも行なうことができます。
実行と報告
注文する（有価証券の売買）
"買い/売り"注文は、CSXシステムに入力することができます：
売り注文：投資家は、証券口座に十分な有価証券（100％）を持っていなければなりません。
買い注文：投資家は、取引のための十分な現金（100％）を持っていなければなりません。
注文の取り消しまたは修正は、注文執行前のいつでも行うことができます。
注文執行と報告
-CSX system processes the matching through auction principle. After matching or executing time, your broker will inform you the result of execution (if your order is successfully executed). Generally, they will inform you during 5 minutes after execution
-You can request broker to send you the transaction report which includes your securities and cash balance to your Email.
Settlement Rule
SettlementRule (T+2):two working days after the trading day.
(Ex. Trading on Monday, the securities and cash are settled on Wednesday morning.)
Matching Priority (in Secondary Market)
Principle of Auction
-All trades shall be executed through a single price auction.
-Priority of Bid/Offer Orders:

決済規則（T+2）：取引日の2営業日後

マッチングの優先順位（流通市場での）
オークションの原則
・すべての取引は、単一の価格のオークションを介して執行されなければなりません。
・指し値注文の優先度：
Price
a. The lower offers have priority over higher offers, and
b. The higher bids have priority over lower bids.
-Time: In case of the same price orders, the orders received earlier have priority.
-Volume: Priority is given to the higher volume order if orders are made similar in time and price.
-Simultaneous order refers to Bid orders (Offer orders) having its price matched at the upper limit (lower limit).
Note:
-Customer order has priority over member’s order (securities firms which are listed in CSX)
-The order with larger quantity has priority over smaller quantity
-The earlier order has priority over later order
-Sequential allocation method for simultaneous order
i. 100 times the minimum trading units*
a.安い売り指値は、高い売り指値よりも優先され、
b.高い買い指値は、安い買い指値よりも優先されます。
・時間：同じ価格の注文の場合には、注文が早かった方が優先されます。
・数量：注文の時間と価格が同様の場合には、より多くの数量の注文が優先されます。
・同時注文とは、買い注文（売り注文）が上限（下限）価格に一致したことを言います。
注：
・顧客の注文は、会員の注文よりも優先されます。（CSXにリストされている証券会社）
・大量の注文は、少量の注文よりも優先されます
・早い注文は、遅い注文よりも優先されます
・同時注文のための連続した割り当て方法
i. 最小取引単位*の100倍
a.売り手の提供価格は、低い提供価格が高い提供価格を優先する。
b.オークションに於いては、高い価格が低い価格を優先する。
時間
同じ価格での注文に於いては、先に注文をした方が優先される。
個数
同じ時間、同じ価格での注文に於いては、個数を多く注文する方が優先される。
オークションに於ける同時入札の場合や、売り手からの提供価格への同時注文の場合
そのオークションでは、入札者の最高上限価格により、優先が決まり、提供価格では、売り手の最低提供価格により優先が決まる。
ご注意
メンバーからの注文よりも、お客様からの注文が優先される。（ＣＳＸに書かれている警備会社をご参照下さい。）
注文個数の多い注文が、個数の少ない注文より優先される。
早い注文が遅い注文より、優先される。
同時注文に於いては、順割付法が適応される。
例：最低購買単位の１００倍にする事など。
iv. 50% of residual quantity, and
v. The total residual quantity.
*Minimum trading unit is 1 share
Validation of Order
An order shall be valid from the time it is received by the CSX trading system to the time it is executed during the trading session of the same day.
Price Change Limit
-The first trading price of initial public offering shall be within 90% to 150% of IPO price (determined in the disclosure documents registered at the SECC).
-±5% of the daily base price. In case where the base price is less than KHR 200 the daily price change shall be KHR 10.
-Base price should be the previous day’s closing price.
v. 総残数
*最小取引単位は1株です。
注文の確認
注文は、CSX取引システムによって受信された時点から、当日の取引時間中の執行された時点まで有効です。
価格変動の制限
・新規株式公開（IPO）の最初の取引価格は、IPO価格の90%～150%以内でなければなりません。 （SECCに登録された開示書類で決定）
・毎日の基準価格の±5%。基準価格がKHR 200未満の場合、毎日の価格変動はKHR 10です。
・基準価格は、前日の終値でなければなりません。
-In case there is a corporate action such as capital increase/decrease, stock dividend, ex-right, split off, etc., the base price will be automatically calculated by the CSX’s system using certain formula.
-The prices calculated, when they are less than the price unit (tick size), should be rounded up to the price unit.
Date of Action for Ex-entitlement
The date of action for ex-dividends or ex-rights shall be one (1) trading day prior to the record date on which a person who exercised the right is determined.
For the first 3 years counting from the starting of CSX (18 April 2012), government will reduce tax by 50% from the normal tax rate. Following table shows the net effect after tax reduction:
- 計算された価格が単位価格（最小ティック）に満たない場合は、単位価格に切り上げられます。
権利落ち日の実行日
配当落ち日、権利落ち日の実行日は権利を行使する人が蹴っていされる基準日の1日前となります。
CSXを開始（2012年4月18日）してから最初の3年間は、政府は通常の税率から税金を50%減額します。次の一覧表で税金を差し引いた後の正味金額をご覧になることができます。
・計算された価格が価格単位（ティック・サイズ）未満の場合、価格単位に切り上げられます。
権利落ちのための活動日
配当落ちまたは権利落ちのための活動日は、権利行使者が決定される基準日より１取引日前です。
CSXの開始（2012年4月18日）から数えて最初の3年間は、政府は通常の税率から50%の税を軽減します。次の表は、減税後の正味の効果を示しています：

In 2012 and 2013, CSX reduces its fee by 50% from 0.15% to 0.075%. Settlement and registrar operator also reduce their respective fee by 50%. Below table shows the net effect after reduction:

HOW TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW MONEY

You can use your account from any bank to transfer or deposit the money into PPS Cash Collection Account. At the moment, you can deposit cash or transfer the money into following account:
2012年、2013年分につきまして CSX は手数料を50%割引し、0.15%から0.075%にさせて頂いております。清算、株式登録機関相場師の手数料もそれぞれ50%割り引いております。下記の表で割引後の正味の資産額がご覧いただけます。

お客様はご自分の口座をどの銀行からでも、PPS現金回収口座への送金、預金にご利用になることができます。現在、お客様は現金の預金、以下の口座への送金ができます。
2012と2013年に、CSXは、0.15％から0.075％に手数料を50％値下げします。
決済と株式登録機関のオペレータもそれぞれの料金を50%値下げします。

入金と出金の方法
入金
PPSの現金口座にお金を送金したり入金するために、任意の銀行のあなたの口座を使用することができます。現在、下記の口座に入金または送金することができます：
If you are in Cambodia, you can go to Canadia Bank at any branch and deposit your money into above account. If you already have Canadia Bank, you can inform us your bank account number and we can link it directly to our system.
However,if you are NOT in Cambodia, you can transfer your money into above account.
When transfer or deposit, you should also provide information such as name, investor ID, trading account number to Beneficiary Bank (Canadia Bank). This information will be used to identify the investor with their money and this information is provided on your PPS Investor Card.
しかし、もしカンボジア国内にいらっしゃらない場合は、上記の口座に送金することができます。送金、または預金される際には、名前、投資者ID、取引アカウント番号のような情報をBeneficiary Bank (Canadia Bank)に提供する必要があります。この情報は、投資家の皆様の資金と共にご本人であることを証明する時に利用され、この情報はお客様のPPS投資家カードに提供されます。
しかし、あなたがカンボジアにいない場合には、上記の口座に送金することができます。
送金や預金の際、名前、投資家ID、送金先銀行（カナディア銀行）の取引口座番号などの情報を提供する必要があります。この情報は、投資家をお金で識別するために使用され、この情報は、PPSの投資家カード上で提供されます。

-You can view other information through CSX, SECC and other websites.
