I do not like to leave bad feedback for people nor have I ever had a issue with any order of mine till now. Im not sure what to do at this moment but either return or get a refund or some how get this figure replaced. This isn't a cheap toy and I purchased it for my collector son and what to get him one that isn't damaged. I hope to get a reply soon! And thank you the item did ship fast its just the product was not in the condition it was suppose to be in. Hope to hear back soon I want to get this resolved as soon as possible because this was his Christmas gift. Thank You

Hello, My name is Melinda and I ordered this S.H.Figuarts Ryuranger Red toy for my son. The order number is 114-5256564-1772218. My son is a collector and noticed this toy's box was damaged and so was the shipping box. This shipping box was too big for what was inside. The figures box did NOT look new at all as described. The box was opened and my son was disappointed that the tape was opened on the box and that the box was not new looking and had damage to it.

By compensating the distance between the first fret and the nut we are able to make open chords sound as smooth as silk.

The Movable Saddle: Traditional straight saddles on a ukulele or any other fretted instrument are detrimental to good intonation. With nylon strings even “compensated saddles” are a complete fallacy. The issue is that nylon strings are by their nature, inconstant. After much testing we found the only way to improve on this is to create movable saddle technology to allow the player to adjust the amount of compensation for each string. No tools are required and adjusting the intonation is as easy as pouring milk on cereal.

The other thing you need to know is that if you let us reproduce it, we would need to send it to our factory and they will keep it
for 1month.They will 3Dscan the cage and panels.Some marking and scratches on the panels are to be expected but I will

We now have an incredible team and our final product and packing is going to be spectacular.Our fist cage the G1 is
very rough and wasn’t happy with it.I plan to discontinue the G1 as TRC will always strive for PERFECTION!

Yes as you can see many people LOVE this cage and especially the body design. I think the reason why this is so special

If you give me FULL PERMISSION we can duplicate this body and cage in our Factory. The way I see this is that even IF we
are able to reproduce this body/cage 100%, your body/cage is still the only STEEL and ALUMINUM panels one in existence. I would
love to also have this cage for myself (in nylon) and I would love to RUN it in the sand. But I would never run this steel and
aluminum version because I am afraid to scratch the BODY! LOL!
