I understand that you are having a hard time as your farther passed away at the end of last year.
Nevertheless, I don't know what you would like to do about this matter.
I shipped the LP in a safe way with a tracking number.
I clearly wrote in the attached invoice that the item inside was for "Return" and "non-commercial".
The problem does not have to do with how I shipped it, but with the Brazilian customs, I guess.
You should have given a complaint to the customs about the taxation earlier.

If when I applied for investigation, if you had asked the customs, the package might not have been returned to Japan. Although I do not know how much was the shipping cost for the return, it is not fair for me to pay it.

When I asked for the investigation , you were asking for custom, the item may not return to Japan . As I don't know how much is the shipping charge for this returning but it is not fair if I pay this charge.
I don't want to escalate this issue so much. It will be solved if you would issue refund for 58 pounds thru PayPal .
Although you cannot get LP, it is not becoming mine at last.Please let me know other solution.
