昨年末に父上が亡くなって、貴方が大変だということは理解しています。しかし、この件に関して、貴方がどうしたいのか、私には分かりません。

I understand you are going through a hard time since your father passed away at the end of last year. But I should tell you that I don't know what you want to do.
I sent you a LP with a tracking number so it will be safe enough. The invoice I sent together shows that the content is a 'Return goods', and also it is 'Not for sale'. Isn't the problem is at the Brazilian customs and not with my shipping way? You should have claimed the Brazilian customs more earlier about the taxation.
