もし、私が調査を依頼した段階で、貴方が税関に問い合わせをしていたら、荷物は日本に差し戻しとならなかったかもしれません。差し戻しとなった荷物の返送料がいくらなのか分かりませんが、それを私が負担するのはフェアではありません。
私はこの問題をエスカレートさせることを望みません。貴方が PayPal で £58 のリファンドを発行してくれれば解決します。貴方は LP を受け取ることはできませんが、それが私のものになるわけでもありません。それ以外に方法があるなら、聞かせてください。

If when I applied for investigation, if you had asked the customs, the package might not have been returned to Japan. Although I do not know how much was the shipping cost for the return, it is not fair for me to pay it.
I do not wish this issue to escalate more. If you issue me a refund of £58 via PayPal, the issue will be solved. Although you cannot have the LP, it will not be mine. If there is some other ways except that, please tell me.
