他のバイヤーは商品の配送が遅かったためにcaseをopenしたようですが、無事に届いたためcaseをクローズして頂いています。

However, the items were not so expensive and I used a delivery method without tracking numbers unfortunately. Therefore I couldn't provide tracking numbers.

caseをopenされたものについては、返金をしようと思ったのですが、エラーのため返金が出来ません。
理由はおそらく連結しているpaypalのアカウント(A)をもう一つのもの(B)に変更したためなのでしょうが、返金したくてもできないので私も困っていました。
The reason is may be, due to A PayPal account changed to B. I was wandering though I wanted to return the money back but I could not do so.
Maybe the reason is because the contacting Paypal account (A) was changed to another one (B), but I'm in trouble now since I want to refund but unable to do so.
