caseをopenされたものについては、返金をしようと思ったのですが、エラーのため返金が出来ません。
理由はおそらく連結しているpaypalのアカウント（A）をもう一つのもの（B）に変更したためなのでしょうが、返金したくてもできないので私も困っていました。

Regarding the opened case, I tried to refund but an error happened and I couldn't get the money.
Maybe the reason is because the contacting Paypal account (A) was changed to another one (B), but I'm in trouble now since I want to refund but unable to do so.
