caseをopenされたものについては、返金をしようと思ったのですが、エラーのため返金が出来ません。
理由はおそらく連結しているpaypalのアカウント（A）をもう一つのもの（B）に変更したためなのでしょうが、返金したくてもできないので私も困っていました。

3. As for the cases opened, I thought to return the money, but there was an error, and so I could pay the money back.
The reason is may be, due to A PayPal account changed to B. I was wandering though I wanted to return the money back but I could not do so.
