I am reporting the conclusion as follows.
1, Regarding the change in personnel this time, we would like IBM to explain about it officially, to NEC-A who has made a contract with IBM.
As for NEC-B who is the participant in the trial, NEC-A will explain about it to NEC-B.
Also, NEC-A will explain to NEC-C who is the user of ERP, and is the candidate of the alliance of IBM.
I'd like to report the conclusion as follows.
1. For personal change this time, IBM should officially explain to NEC-A which has contract with IBM.
Also, NEC-A will explain to NEC-B which is a participant in trial.
Also, NEC-A will explain to NEC-C which is ERP user and alliance candidate for IBM.
I'll report about the result as follows.
1. Regarding to this personnel relocation, we would like IBM to explain formally to NEC-A which make a contract with IBM.
NEC-A explains to NEC-B which is the participant of the trial.
And, NEC-A explains to NEC-C which is user of ERP and the candidate of IBM alliance.
Mr. Saito from NEC-A and Tom from IBM will attend it.
(Mr. Saito will arrive at Tokyo form overseas early in the morning that day, but he accepted meeting in the morning to adjust his schedule to these 2 persons.)
Additionally, there are 2 points for explanation to NEC-A on that day, as previously informed.
Arranging trial system and how to proceed, and how to select successor after Mr. Yamada's resignation.
Mr. Saito from NEC-A, and Tom from IBM are expected to participate.
(Mr. Saito willingly accepted the meeting in the morning considering Mr.Saito's and Tom's schedule, despite that he will arrive at Tokyo from abroad early in the morning on the day.)
Also, the points of the explanation to NEC-A are, as I have been mentioning, two. One is how to arrange the organization and make progress the trial towards August after Mr. Yamada's resignation. The other is the status of recruiting the successor.
The scheduled participants from NEC-A is Mr. Saito, and that from IBM is Mr. Tom.
(Mr. Saito will arrive at Tokyo from overseas on the early of the day, and he accepted the meeting of the morning in time with them.)
The point of the explanation to NEC-A on the day, there are two points as I said before.
After Mr.Yamada resigned, it depends on the maintenance of the trial system to August and the situation of the selection of the successor.
Also, we may be asked for the reason of Mr. Yamada's early resignation, but I think it'll be good to explain that "Mr. Yamada requested, and customer management in Japan wasn't necessarily proceeding properly."
In Japan, we have a saying "to turn the potential disaster to one's advantage."
I hope this cause will result in that way.
Also, they would ask the reason Mr.Yamada's early retirement, then such explanation that "That is what Mr. Yamada wanted. And, the management of customers in Japan did not necessarily work well". would be good.
In Japan, we have a proverb, "Bad luck often brings good luck."
We expect this matter would turn out into such as well.
And, they maybe ask about the reason that Mr. Yamada left the company early, the explanation would be better like, "It was Mr. Yamada's request and the customer management in Japan has not always proceeded appropriately."
In Japan, there is a proverb "Bad luck often brings good luck."
I hope this could be same thing.
