その場所は京都の南部、伏見区という地域です。
坂本龍馬のゆかりの地や、古くからある酒蔵などのある奇麗で落ち着いた地域です。
また周辺にはコンビニ、スーパー、レストラン、回転寿し、ラーメン等の食べ物屋さんが徒歩5分以内の範囲であります。
伏見稲荷へも10分ほどで行く事が出来ます。
最寄り駅の丹波橋駅は近鉄と京阪という二つの電車が利用出来ます。
電車1本で乗り換えなく、大阪や奈良へは45分で行く事が出来ます。
