I assume that the package used to pack the CD player might be hard, and the impact broke the glass part when the body moved

I purchase a ticket under the order number above and chose to receive it as 'eTicket', but I cannot print it out as the 'Print-at-Home' button never appears on the display of my PC at home.
Is this the trouble by your system? Or does this normally happen?

Is it possible for me to collect the ticket at the venue on the day of the show.
If possible, please let me know which proof of ID I need to bring to collect the ticket.
