Hallo,
the watches its delivered today I have a problem with the description!
You write excelent condition but the watches its used and on glas and buckel has a wisible scratches! I pay plus 250USD tax but im not satisfied.
How to solve it? I send the watch back and then I will ask via ebay also tax I paid and I have to document it . Or to solve any discount and return some of the money ? I am an honest businessman and I expect the same thing . I'd hate to confer a negative feedback!

今日時計が届きました。ただ商品の説明に問題があると思います。状態は素晴らしいと書いていましたが、これは中古品でガラスの面やベルトに見えるほどの傷があります。250ドルも追加で税金を払いましたが、これでは納得できません。
どのように解決いただけますか？
返品し、イーベイ経由で税金も含めて返してもらうか、それとも今からディスカウントをしてもらい、いくらか返していただけますか？
私は真面目に商売をしていて、同じことを貴方にも望みます。
悪い評価を残すのを好きではありません。
