There is no problem at all in the conditions you require, but our business is personally owned in Japan (it will be incorporated starting nest year), so there is no VAT number.
Also, is it okay to submit individual number in Japan for trace certificate?

I apologize for causing you huge inconvenience because of undelivered item. It is a matter of transportation, however, I deeply apologize for this. As I already informed you, the item was already sent out on 6th. As I checked the tracking number, your item already left Japan and is being transported to UK. It usually takes about 5 to 10 days from Japan to your country, but I guess it is delayed. If there is no problem in transportation and customs clearance, I think it will arrive by middle of next week at latest. I'm afraid to ask but will you please wait till next week? The item is covered by insurance, so in case it is lost I can resend same item or make refund.

I can confirm that none of the C88 from December 2018 included VAT as books are zero rated in the UK, however the second set of documents you provided on Friday did include VAT from January so we have now deducted it from the declaration. I called HMC this morning to ask why they had put a notice against your account and they told me that your account is currently undergoing an audit in the UK. HMRC carry out these audits to check whether sellers are being compliant. The audit does not necessarily mean that they have noticed any irregularities on the account.



However, on the 11th January 2019 they sent you an email requesting more information from your Amazon account. You had 7 days to reply to this email, otherwise they enforce a VAT notice.



It is this VAT notice that has triggered Amazon to suspend your account.



HMRC will not lift the VAT notice until the audit is complete.



You should be aware that the audit process can take several months
