コントロールセンターの位置が上過ぎて指が届かない

今日、女性の意見として、コントロールセンターが画面の上過ぎて、指が届かない部分があるので、画面下に配置を変えられるようにして欲しいという意見がありました。

簡易アクセスをオンにすれば画面下に下げられますが、この場合、コントロールセンターの半分が隠れて使えません。

②利用店名に「Amazon.com」の記載が一切なく、2/3までの利用明細が上がってきているので、

(2) There is no description of "Amazon.com" on the list shops where it was used, and since detail of statement as of February 3rd is available, it is almost definite that I did not purchase it.

I created an order with the item number I got from another wholesaler. If their request price is agreeable, it is okay to process the order.
When you take photos of item next time, will you show item numbers in photos? For example, you can take photo of item with item number etc.
Or if you take photos of items, will you take drawing model of that item after that? Quantity which they did not order was sold at another company.
This item is not ordered on regular basis. I can arrange shipment for spring and summer items as they request, so I will try to have them order it next time.

The post office said they will not return shipping charge.
Therefore, I am negotiating about refund of shipping charge with the post office.
I asked to investigate on it to clarify the cause, but probably shipping charge will not be refunded.

I can cancel or resend the item.
In case of resend, you have to pay for the shipping charge ($42) again.
In case of cancellation, I will make refund but refund will be only for the amount of item.
