私は2009年より香港に3年間駐在し、CauseWayBayにすし店、Centralに鉄板焼店を立ち上げました。

分納によって納期を早められるかどうかですが、あまり効果的ではありません。
なぜなら、各製作工程は纏めて作業するほうが効率がいいためです。
検査工程で先に検査した製品を分納で出荷するくらいしか納期を縮める余地がありません。
分納対応での納期短縮は出来ても数日くらいになると思います。

ただ、まだ材料が来ていない状況ですので、材料が入荷されて実際にものを作り始めないと
どのくらい納期が短縮出来るか具体的なことは今現在では言えない状況です。
状況のアップデートがあり次第、ご報告致します。

As regard to whether delivery times can be accelerated by bifurcated delivery, it is not very effective.
This is because it is more efficient to work on each production process in batches.
The only way to shorten delivery times is to ship products that have been inspected first in the inspection process in separate deliveries.
The delivery time can be reduced by a few days at the most.

However, as the materials have not yet arrived, we will not be able to make a concrete estimate of how much we can reduce the delivery time until the materials arrive and we actually start manufacturing the products. We can't say how much we can shorten the delivery time at the moment.

やはり、商品付属のACアダプターを輸入販売する際には、行政機関の許可が無ければ販売が出来ない様です。
また、許可を得るにあたり、工場の検査等が必要と言われました。
上記を踏まえ、採算が取れないと判断した為、パワーサプライの取り扱いを辞める事に決めました。
