分納によって納期を早められるかどうかですが、あまり効果的ではありません。
なぜなら、各製作工程は纏めて作業するほうが効率がいいためです。
検査工程で先に検査した製品を分納で出荷するくらいしか納期を縮める余地がありません。
分納対応での納期短縮は出来ても数日くらいになると思います。
ただ、まだ材料が来ていない状況ですので、材料が入荷されて実際にものを作り始めないと
どのくらい納期が短縮出来るか具体的なことは今現在では言えない状況です。
