It is a rock bank known as "RADWIMPS".

Is a there a shrink attached to the head?

I would like something with a shrink attached to the head.

There are a few scratches on the inner plate.
They are probably scratches caused during usage.
While they definitely aren't obvious, objectively I think it is not New, but MINT.
As you have sold me a defective item, I would like to ask of a discount.
I have did some research about Mint items, and found that they are $100 cheaper than the retail price, so I am asking for a discount of $100.
