Are the hat and stickers available in the marketplace or are the limited edition items (TOUR ISSUE)? If the I would be really glad if there is a site of the maker for that information as well. Also, there was a FUJIKURA catalog included, I don't understand why. Can I order things from the catalog, is that what it is for?
