for technically reasons we can only submit 1st line of cargo description field , in example 3 it would be "FOOD"
and both probably having the same code 2104. The 2nd line Soybean paste will not be submitted unless a 2nd sequence will be opened, furthermore I suppose code will differ from 2104 as well.

技術的な理由により貨物の説明の1行目だけ申告することができます。例3では、”FOOD"と両者が同じコードの2104を持っています。醤油ペーストの2行目は2番目のシーケンスが開かれないと申告することができません。さらに、コードは2104ではないのではないか、とも思っています。

We are generating a pre-customs declaration (SUM-A/ATB) using the data being manifested in system. This data is stored in customs system under a so called ATB No. which is essentially needed to arrange the subsequent customs process. Customs authority is now comparing the information received from carrier (ATB) and from consignee (fiscal clearance declaration or T1 doc application) which should match to a certain point. If discrepancies found they may demand an amendment of the ATB No. which is not done easily and causes loads of troubles. Hence we are seeking for most accurate data right from the beginning.

basically each item is supposed to have its own sequence. As it is mandatory to submit the Code to customs we should not gather other items with different codes (first 4 digits are being submitted) under 1 sequence as this most likely will lead to problems for Cnee when trying to arrange customs clearance. There might be still a chance that an abstract cargo description will pass customs clearance without problems but there’s always a certain risk especially as we have noticed that customs authorities recently become more strict handling these discrepancies. This applies to all shipments being discharged at Hamburg Port.

上記、青丸部分の溶接個所が、左右でずれている製品があり、脚部分のバランスが個体によって違い、バラバラになってしまっている為、その様な事が無いようにお願い致します。

天板の水平がとれていない製品があります。必ず、水平がとれるようにアイアンの溶接をお願い致します。

バラバラにならないように、統一いただけます様、お願い致します。

Regarding the iron wheels, please install them with bolts.

As shown above, there are some products where the left and right parts which are welded parts indicated with a blue circle, are not even, so the balance of the legs is different and uneven individually. I would like you to avoid such things in production.

Some products do not have horizontal top roof. Please make sure to weld the iron horizontally.

The angle of the iron is not identical depending on individual items. Please make sure to make them in unified angle when you make them.

I forgot to mention in my last message that I haven't ever done a refund/return as a buyer or seller, so I am not entirely sure of the process. It appears that I should start the "Return this item" process, which will then allow you to offer a partial refund. Is that also your understanding, or can you simply issue the refund directly without me starting the return process? Thanks.
