4月5日に商品が届き、中身を確認しましたが五着頼んだはずが四着しか入っていませんでした。画像を見て頂くとわかるようにナンバー〇が入っていません。至急送ってください。また、ナンバー〇の商品ですが赤いニットなのに縫製されている糸が白でした。着用せずとも白い糸が外側から丸見え、また、袖口が二つともボロボロでとても着れる洋服ではありません。ナンバー〇も同様に袖口がボロボロです。これらは不良品ではないでしょうか？至急連絡をください。

The items were delivered on April 5th. Then I confirmed the package, but I found only 4 pieces out of 5 pieces that I ordered were there. As you can see in the picture attached, the number 〇 was not included. Please send it to me right away. And, regarding item with number 〇, the sewn thread was white in spite that the item was the red knitted clothes. The white thread is visible from outside even when it is not worn, and the both of the cuffs are heavily damaged so I cannot wear it by any means. The item with number 〇 has damaged cuffs as well. Aren't they defective items? Please reply to me as soon as possible.

On the editor, I proceed Scenery -> NL2SCO Editor -> New and I choose the Path and the .3ds, and try to place generated NL2SCO, then the message below is displayed on the message console.

"C:\Users\user0\Desktop\Folder\New.nl2sco: Cannot load scene object. Check the message console for details."

Can you please tell me the cause of this error, and how to resolve it?

出荷時に綺麗に塗装がされていても簡単に剥がれてしまいます。
塗装の剥がれを少しでも止める改善案が無いか確認願います。
その際に従来の色味が変わってしまう事はNGとします。

天板に塗装の剥がれが目立つものがありました。出荷時に綺麗に塗装されていても、直ぐに剥がれてきてしまう物もあるようです。簡単に剥がれない様にできますでしょうか？

As I have some concern about the item of India Buying, so please improve the quality.
As mentioned in the material attached,
the paint easily come off even it is well painted when it is shipped.
Please confirm whether there are any countermeasure to avoid that the paint comes off.
However, any countermeasure which makes the color of the paint different from as used to be is not acceptable.

I would appreciate if you can consider above.

There are some items which have conspicuous coming off the paint on the top panel. It seems that the paint easily come off even it is well painted when it is shipped depending on individual items. Would it be possible for you to avoid this?
