以前に購入しました○○のことで質問があります。届いたときにすぐに連絡をすればよかったのですが、届いた商品のうちいくつかがメールに添付しました写真のような液漏れをしている状態でした。商品やパッケージ、説明書が油のようなもので濡れていました。○○の中に含まれていた液が漏れてきている状態だと思いますが、これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも液漏れは問題なく、この油のような液は人体に影響のない無害なものでしょうか？ご回答お待ちしています。

I have a question about ○○ I bought before. I should have let you know just after I got it but some of them was leaking like the picture I attached. The product, the package and the manual got wet with oil or something. I suppose that some liquid inside ○○ was leaking. Do you think this is defective item or this is not defective and the liquid like oil is harmless for human-being? I will look forward to your reply.

6. 1月２９日に当店からお客様に返品のお願いをするとともに、返品送料30ドルをお客様に返金しました。

1. The product arrived at the customer on January 20th.
2. We received the message that the customer wanted to send back the product because the product did not work properly on January 27th.
3. Our shop got back to the customer about where and how to send it back.
4. We got the complaint of A to Z from the customer and he asked us to refund on January 28th.
5. We got back to the customer about how to refund to him from us.
6. We asked the customer to send us back the product on January 29th and we refunded $30 to the customer as the cost of shipping back.

添付した写真のとおり、段ボールに入っていなかった為6つ以上の箱が少し破損していた。
商品は無事だった。

AR1452の不良個所は、写真の赤丸で囲んだ秒針の部分だよ。
秒針を止めて、リセットしても0の定位置に戻らず、57-58辺りにとまってしまう。

日本の製造業には様々な可能性を秘めたユニークな技術がたくさん存在するにもかかわらず、その多くが十分に活用されずに眠っている状況となっています。

まずは２社の製造メーカーのユニークな技術に焦点を当て、プロダクトデザインの募集を開始しています。

We have released a participatory project "TRINUS" which will offer future life styles with three powers.

We have released β edition of a participatory project "TRINUS" which will offer "future life styles" with three powers of manufacturers, designers, and users.

Even though manufacturers in Japan have unique technologies with various potentials, most of them have been left unutilized.

Firstly, we will focus on unique technologies of two manufacturers, and begin collecting product designs.

TRINUSは、こうしたユニークな技術を取り上げ、これらを活用した製品企画・プロダクトデザインをデザイナーから募集、ユーザー（潜在消費者）からのフィードバックを踏まえて選定し、製品化・販売を行う、ものづくりの新しい形です。




不可能とまで言われたマグネシウム合金の塑性加工（潰す、曲げるといった力を加えることで変形させること）を可能にした株式会社マクルウ。TRINUSでは、この技術を活かした生活用品のプロダクトデザインを募集しています。

TRINUS is a new style of manufacturing which will pick up these technologies and collect product plannings and product designs from designers, and also will select some ideas with feedback from users (potential consumers) to turn their ideas into a commercial reality.

MACRW Co., ltd has realized plastic fabrication (means deformation with kinds of powers like compressing and bending) of magnesium alloy which was once believed it's impossible to do it. TRINUS will collect product designs of housewares which will utilize this technology.
